Returns & Refund Policy

At refindery, every item is individually sourced, carefully checked, cleaned where appropriate and honestly described. Many of our pieces are pre-owned or vintage, so signs of age or gentle wear are considered part of their character and will always be clearly shown or mentioned in the product description.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If you've changed your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Clothing must be unworn (other than trying it on), unwashed and free from new marks, odours or damage.
Homeware and decorative items must be unused and returned with any original packaging where applicable. Items must be securely packaged for their return journey.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty or has been incorrectly described, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you believe it does not match its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that's a refund, replacement (where available) or another suitable solution.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

Many Refindery pieces have lived a previous life. Small signs of age, gentle wear and natural imperfections are often part of what makes these items special.

We take great care to photograph and describe each item honestly so you can shop with confidence. Please read the product description and view all photographs before placing your order.
