About Refindery

Refindery is an online shop offering carefully curated clothing, homeware and thoughtful finds. Many of our products are pre-owned, vintage or one-of-a-kind, alongside a growing selection of carefully chosen new items.

Product Information

We take great care to ensure every product is accurately described and photographed.

As many of our items are pre-owned or vintage, they may show signs of age or gentle wear. Any noticeable imperfections will always be clearly described and photographed where possible.

Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Availability

Most Refindery items are one of a kind.

Once an item has been sold, it is no longer available. Although we do our best to keep our inventory accurate, there may occasionally be rare situations where an item is unavailable after purchase. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices may change at any time without notice, although any confirmed order will not be affected.

Delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout unless stated otherwise.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• An item is unavailable.
• There has been an obvious pricing error.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours on working days whenever possible.

Delivery times provided by courier services are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
