At Refindery, every order is carefully packed by hand to help ensure it arrives safely and ready for its next chapter.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

If there is ever an unexpected delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

We also offer Free UK Delivery on orders over £60.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Packaging

Every item is individually wrapped and carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

Where possible, we reuse and recycle quality packaging materials as part of our commitment to reducing waste while ensuring your order arrives safely.

Pre-Owned & Curated Finds

Many of our pieces are one of a kind. We take extra care when packaging pre-owned, vintage and fragile items, particularly ceramics and decorative homeware, to help ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the courier and your location, but most UK orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at refindery@outlook.com.

We'll work with the courier to investigate and do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.
