We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at refindery@outlook.com.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you've changed your mind after dispatch, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details on returning your purchase.

As many of our items are one of a kind, we cannot guarantee that cancelled items will remain available if you decide to purchase them again later.
